Càirdeas (pronounced kahr-ches) is an annual gathering of adults united by a passion for the traditional bagpipe music of Scotland.
Once per year, this group gathers in the scenic hills of Vermont to set aside daily routines in favor of a week of learning Celtic music from some of the most renowned Scottish folk musicians in the world. With a focus on bagpipes, instructors lead participants in learning new tunes, improving their skills and connecting students with the rich tradition of Celtic folk music.
